Dynamic Rhythms strives to provide a safe environment for your child to learn. All staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and follow the protocols set out below.
Dynamic Rhythms provides Service NSW QR Code Mandatory check in for your safety
Every classroom, learning space and waiting area at the Music school has:
- Hand sanitiser for staff and students
- Furniture spaced to observe social distancing requirements
- Garbage bins for the disposal of cleaning material, that will be cleaned periodically throughout the day.
- Spray and Wipe and paper towel to clean furniture and equipment regularly.
- Signage for COVID 19 Hygiene protocols
PLEASE NOTE: If you our your child has been a close contact and are in isolation or if anyone in the household has Covid 19 and is still within the 7 day isolation period, please DO NOT attend your music lesson. Instead, please call us on 4648 4224 or email info@dynamicrhythms.com.au and we will sort out an alternative method for your lesson, a make up lesson or if necessary, a credit for this lesson.
Parents and Students
- Parents and Carers of students under 16: sign in using the Service NSW app and confirm this with reception.
- Students over 16: May sign in using their own phone following the same process as above.
- Please maintain COVID 19 Hygiene Protocols as follows:
- use alcohol-based hand sanitiser provided as you enter and leave the music school
- cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue
- put used tissues straight into the bin
- wash your hands often with soap and water, including before and after your lesson
- avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- only use your own equipment
- maintain 1.5 m between you and your teacher and other students
- if you are unwell or have been in contact with Covid-19, please don’t enter the school
Teachers
- Use hand sanitiser upon entry and exit of the music school
Maintain all COVID 19 Hygiene Protocols as listed for Parents and Students - Spray and Wipe down keyboards and other touched surfaces between students using disinfectant and paper towel.
- Clean and disinfect frequently used objects such as mobile phones, keys, and wallets
- Clean the teaching space before commencing a teaching session
- Only use your own equipment
- Maintain the 1.5 social distancing requirement at all times and remind parents and students of the rules.
- If unwell or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19, please do not enter the school
- Use Infrared contactless thermometer if unsure of a student’s health status
- There should only be 4 students plus 1 parent and 1 teacher, in each large classroom (Mozart and Beethoven). 3 people (student/teacher/parent) in Chopin, Stravinsky, Schubert, Tchaikovsky and Vivaldi and only 2 (student/teacher) in Bach.
