Cancellation Policy

Enrollment is ongoing unless Dynamic Rhythms Music Centre is NOTIFIED IN WRITING with a minimum of 2 weeks  notice. The easiest way to do this is by email to info@dynamicrhythms.com.au

This is important as the teacher will be continued to be paid even if the student does not attend, until we are notified in writing. The fees for these lessons will be owed, plus 2 weeks cancellation.

I cannot stress this enough! When you sign the enrollment form, this is a legally binding document to this policy so unpaid fees will be  pursued.

This all sounds very serious but we need to be strict with this for our business to be able to continue to provide our services.
